Summer season is a typhoon season in Taiwan, followedy by last Typhoon week ago, another Typhoon brought heavy storm wind & rain were just passing throught Taiwan this afternoon, so I took some pictures from my window to record the natural disaster. And it caused 2 death 6 hurts ,estimated argicultural economic loss at around USD5 millions.

With the Feather River Route closed because of a derailment and heavy snow causing traffic restrictions along Donner Pass, Dispatcher 9 was facing a serious challenge. Several westbound trains were stacked up along the #2 track, impeded by a stopped eastbound grain train at East Truckee.
All of these westbounds would have to wait until a fleet of eastbound trains cleared the Big Hole at Norden. Due to heavy snow accumulations, trains with auto rack cars were required to take the #1 track between Shed 10 and Norden.
Union Pacific 4173 was leading the fleet as it dragged a Chicago-bound auto train passed the MNPFR at East Truckee. The remnants of an overnight storm shrouded the snowcapped peaks of Donner Pass making for a picture-perfect morning in the High Sierras.

This is a little different than my usual post of dogs, cats and family. For the past couple of weeks, my team at work has been having a virtual social hour during the time that I usually make dinner. Puzzle Piece It was designed by Gerald Gasson, a board member of the UK's National Autistic Society in 1963. Just as a puzzle piece is unique and fits into a larger picture, this symbol is meant to represent how each individual with autism contributes their own unique qualities to society.
How ever There are claims of the puzzle piece symbol being harmful and offensive to people with autism – and because of that, the use of the puzzle piece has caused a lot of backlash.
According to many people with autism, the whole ‘missing piece’ idea is problematic. It implies that there is something about the person that is incomplete and that they need fixing. Autistic people don’t need to be fixed, they need to be celebrated.

Autism is a spectrum condition and affects people in different ways. Like all people, autistic people have their own strengths and weaknesses.
