No, it is the the Time and Tide Bell near Mablethorpe on the Lincolnshire Coast.. On this vast beach it can be seen for miles but the weather although warm had a featureless almost colourless sky due to haze caused by pollution. I did my best to inject a little more blue into the sky without changing the colour of the bell but its still a little blah..
Nevertheless here it is...I would love to get another photo of this sometime and the beach is beautiful and vast and if you bump into anyone its rare - although the foot prints show that it does have a regular stream of visitors. Two people walking the shoreline in this shot show the scale of this beach ( if you can make their tiny figures out )
It starts ringing as soon as the tide comes in and other bells like it have already been installed at six beaches across the country.
Time and Tide Bell is an art project made up of bells, designed by UK sculptor Marcus Vergette and Australian bell designer Neil McLachlan, installed at coastal locations in the UK. The first one was placed at Appledore, Devon, in 2009 and the seventh at Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire in June 2019

The castle was built between 1378 and 1399 by Richard, 1st Baron Scrope of Bolton, and is an example of a quadrangular castle. The licence to build it was granted in July 1379 and a contract with the mason John Lewyn was made in September 1378. Construction was reputed to cost 18,000 Marks.The 16th-century writer John Leland described 'An Astronomical Clock' in the courtyard and how smoke was conveyed from the hearth in the hall through tunnels. Bolton Castle was described by Sir Francis Knollys as having 'The highest walls of any house he had seen'.
In 1536 John, 8th Baron Scrope supported the Pilgrimage of Grace rebellion against the religious reforms of King Henry VIII and gave Adam Sedbar, Abbot of Jervaulx sanctuary in the castle. In consequence John Scrope had to flee to Skipton pursued by the King's men but Abbot Sedbar was caught and executed. In retribution the king ordered Bolton castle to be torched, causing extensive damage. Within a few years, some of the damage had been repaired and Sir John had regained his seat in Parliament.
Mary, Queen of Scots was held prisoner at Bolton for six months from July 1568 Mary was moved to Bolton. Her primary keeper at this location was Sir Francis Knollys who gave Mary Henry Scrope's own apartments in the South-West tower. Of her retinue of 51 knights, servants and ladies-in-waiting only 30 of her men and six ladies-in-waiting were able to stay in the castle, the rest taking lodgings nearby. Her household included cooks, grooms, hairdresser, embroiderer, apothecary, physician and surgeon.
Western Brook Pond is a Canadian fjord or lake located in Gros Morne National Park on the west coast of the island of Newfoundland. It is in the Long Range Mountains, the most northern section of the Appalachian Mountains.
It is surrounded by steep rock walls 600 m high, having been carved from the surrounding plateau by glaciers. After the glaciers melted, the land rebounded and the fjord was cut off from the sea. Salty water was eventually flushed from the fjord leaving it fresh. It is fed by Stag Brook at the extreme eastern end of the lake and by numerous waterfalls cascading from the plateau above. One of these, Pissing Mare Falls at 350 m, is one of the highest in eastern North America.
The lake is accessible by a moderate-easy 3 km hiking trail over coastal bogs and low limestone ridges. Two tour boats cruise the lake from June to mid-October. The lake waters are pristine, having had very little impact from human activities. The tour boat operators had to undergo special certification to ensure that their operations would have minimal impact on the environment.
In the early part of the 20th century, a part of the surrounding cliff broke off and fell into the lake, causing a 30 m tsunami. (Wikipedia)

The Causes of Vignette
Vignette are shadows appear in the corners of your photo. When light or leaking incident lights through the corners were physically blocked by inaccurate alignment of the lens elements to barrel or to the sensor placement of the camera, are some of the reasons that causing vignette, it happens often when you are taking wide angle and wide aperture photos.
The most common causes are using non OEM equipment, lens, lens hood or additional lens filters. Stop down your aperture or use thinner filter ring or use no filter may solve the problem.

We don't seem to get a lot of clean CP units around here, so I felt compelled to stop and grab a pic of this one. CP AC4400 9768 gets some sun at the so-called Car Works yard in Madison, IL. It has either just left, or is about to enter Quality Rail Service for what is probably routine maintenance.
