This is the creepiest animal I've seen on a carousel... there was only one here, but it was pretty creepy... a dragon seahorse? a loch ness monster?
Used Wilton's carousel kit, not my favourite thing to do. Just not quite a fan of using edible fondant to cover non-edible plastic. I ended up using marker to colour the horses. I put the cake on top of a turner so it can rotate. My 5 year old said it's the best birthday cake ever so I guess after all, it's still worth the effort
This carousel sits pride of place in Princess Street Gardens Edinburgh Scotland. I never miss a chance to ride a carousel re- living a wonderful childhood memory
