My latest baking experiment. Spinach, garlic, and ricotta filling. Uses a very wet, no-knead dough, refrigerated in container shown here, then baked over a cup of water in the broiler pan, as per "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day" (a gift from my sister). Results in the nicely browned crust.
these were soooo delicious! we put carrots, chard, pineapple, onions, broccoli, cheese, and garlic in them.

One of laura's beef/pork sausage/pepperoni/salami calzones with ricotta cheese and mozzarella. Seasonings inside and outside, washed with olive oil to add more color to the end product. Tasty.
I made her two, one for work and one for dinner beforehand. She got called in early so took both with her. Used store dough though Dan and I have made pizza dough before. :)
