A little further on the Dunkirk beach, it changes from a sandy coastline to a rocky coastline. The water was calm and smooth. I took some time to grab some long exposure shots of those not to big rocks.

As flat calm as I've seen the Firth of Clyde, although the long exposure has smoothed out the water even further. Hardly a ripple was visible, never mind a wave.
This is my local harbour. It was a calm night this is a 3 second exposure but you can see none of the boats moved.
A cliché shot no less, but when your presented with a scene of calm like this, it's hard not to go for the classic composition.

The famous church in lake bled is actually called "Pilgrimage Church of the Assumption of Maria". Wow, what a wondefull name.
However - there have been lots of photographers during that morning and I know that this photo is definitely not unique. But that whole valley of lake Bled is such a mystical and calm place, I just enjoyed walking around the lake and take photos in the fresh air of this autumn morning much more than I cared for the actual photo.
