This is the 6th Colorful Sunset I had photographed in the last 8 days. The bay area had a record of great sunsets lately.
The sunset burn was predicted by Yiupai sunrise/sunset forecast service.

We found these vibrant callas a few years ago and I look forward to their arrival every year. They are especially beautiful this year, so I thought I’d share. Not true macro, but fairly close. Seven images with different focal planes were combined in Helicon Focus to make this one image for adequate depth of field at this magnification.
I came across red Calla Lilies at the local grocery store where they also sell flowers. I had not seen these before, only white and yellow ones. I love the deep red to crimson colour of these beautiful trumpet shaped flowers.
