Shooting just before twilight is always a challenge as the light continuously fades and one needs to make adjustments progressively with time.
I had to wait for some time for the Sun to touch the horizon before I could take this snap. With one leg on a boat (that was marooned near the banks) and one leg on land, I was able to trap the Sun between the cables.
In the background is Vidyasagar Setu, or second Hoogly bridge as it is also commonly known as.

This one looks quite nice, the point of view is the one from a steel support cable of a phone pole, this was a blind shot since i couldn't see the screen, the pole holds several phone lines... i would be glad that sky wasn't so plain...

A Georgia Power distribution service pole, with service line, transformer and street light. Located along GA 17 North in Tignall, GA.
We're making this power cable into a "suicide cable." Sounds safe, doesn't it?
Get out the wire strippers. Clip off the end of the cord that doesn't plug into the wall. Peel back the outer insulation to reveal the three cords within. Snip back the green ground cord-- we don't need it. Take the other two wires, white and black in this case, and strip the ends.

i see that link has expired ... but, essentially ... this is a 2x2 ribbed scarf that is also cabled, so lays flat.
