Just finished a simple cabled to down sweater made from Venezia by cascade yarns. Going to start the inspira cowl in greys that would go great with it.

Finally fixed some broken sleeve, and finished the 2nd PCI-e power cable.
Also, IDE DVD drive is no more! Finally replaced it with a SATA LG drive.
I believe the end result looks fairly better. Although the case does not allow cable management too well, I did my best to hide those snakes. Cable ties did a really good job.

Vince Cable, Business Secretary, during a visit to legendary motorbike maker Norton Motorcycles (UK) Ltd will boost production of its bespoke bikes after receiving a Government-backed trade loan.
The Business Secretary Vince Cable made the announcement to the niche manufacturer based at Donington Park in Derbyshire.
The loan is the first of its kind and has been made under the Exports Enterprise Finance Guarantee Scheme (ExEFG).
It is one of four trade finance schemes promised as part of the Trade White Paper, a key part of the Plan for Growth. Under ExEFG, the high street bank Santander is lending £625,000 to Norton.
The funding will support the company’s plans to increase production to 1,000 motorcycles a year. It will also benefit Norton’s supply chain, of which 80 per cent is British.

Cable car 15 leaves the Barn for its inagural run. The original 15 was built in 1894 and retired a few years ago and would have been painted in the same color scheme used 1894-1902 by the original Market Street Railway Company.
Why have I never made a pair of these before? They're so snug and comforting in these freezing days. Worked on 3.5mm circular with a nice Italian cashmere/silk blend from the stash, used double and hand-dyed to my favourite violet shade. Based on Kimberly's lovely Cabled Fingerless Gloves pattern but with some adaptations.

Baby cable socks from Sensational Knitted Socks. Cherry Tree Hill Sockittome in River Run. For shits and giggles (and to satiate my perverse desire for everything to be symmetrical) I reversed the cable on the second sock, not that it's really noticeable.
