cuba is a very green country, and a lot of their land is used for agriculture. it all seems very green, ecological and self suficient (which prevailing circumstances dictate as something of a necessity).
however you dont really appreciate how much hard work it is until you see sights like these for yourself. very humbling - shows how much we take things for granted. no strawberries in mid december here
