So, 1100 wrenches went into the fender, 316 wrenches come out, gravity took the rest...

Ha! Actually thought this was going to be a lot worse than it was. 6 bolts to remove the hood hinge, 2 small ones to loosen the top antenna mount, and 1 (long) one to remove the lower mount. A little bit of finagling and it came out. The only real PITA was the lower bolt as I'm not a lefty and you have to work in reverse to get your hand in the fender. Currently en route to Texas to be rebuilt with a steel cable.

Larry Anderson's 1984 statue “Coming Home” depicts a railway worker greeting his child. It’s located in front of Heritage Bank on the corner of South 56th Street and South Tacoma Way in Tacoma, Washington. It commemorated Tacoma's 1884-1984 centennial.

thanks to my sister heather for creating this adorable announcement for us!

Here's the poster for my next movie! I'll be working on it for the next two weeks if all goes well. More updates soon...

after teasing you a few weeks ago with a tail it's high time i posted a full shot of the ring tailed lemurs who i hung out with in madagascar. they were really close to our final campsite in andringitra and with the help of our guide we timed our walk perfectly to meet them. it was a particularly hot and cloudless day and by the time we first saw them i was already very sweaty and low on water. despite this dehydration i happily spent well over an hour watching them walk, run and jump around the place. actually happy is somewhat of an understatement, they were the main reason why i'd travelled to the remote island and seeing them in their natural habitat was completely transfixing.
