The clouds stretched from just south of here (this is looking west) to far far north - as far as I could see, anyway.
Saturday June 8th saw community members coming together at Collin school to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the opening of the school extension.
Jennifer Irvine and her team of pupils and helpers showcased Collin school illustrating the excellent facilities and learning opportunities provided - superb!
Various community groups and organisations joined in to mark the occasion and demonstrate the diversity of activities and support within the area including local businesses, fire brigade and community police.
Thanks and well done to everyone who helped make it such a great day.

Built in 1891–93 for the Commercial Bank of Australia. In the 1990s it was developed as office space with the addition of a 33 storey postmodern tower adjoining it at the rear. It has a 1930s facade.

I took this shortly after the black and white shot, the tide was coming in fast. When I shot the black and white I was on a sandbar- which is submerged in this shot. Always look behind you when shooting on a sandbar, lol, or you'll have to walk back through the water.
In the days leading up to Greek Easter, the frequency of ferry boats is stepped up. On this evening, the coming and going from Zakynthos and Kefalonia was lamost continuous.
On October 8th, various members of the Q Group shared their personal stories during the Coming Out Monologues, in hopes of raising awareness for the LGBT community.
