Always continue the climb. It is possible for you to do whatever you choose, if you first get to know who you are and are willing to work with a power that is greater than ourselves to do it.

Whilst messing around photographing the moon, caught an airliner climbing out of one of the London airports, probably Luton or Heathrow.

This is the 4th in a series of promo images taken with the Milton Keynes Parkour Club. There web site is in the process of being updated so is worth going back to soon.

This is James again, Damien's twin brother

Unlike Ruel who you've not met yet James and Damien were reluctant topless models! This is actually the last setup of the 5 hour shoot, it took me this long to talk his clothes off! I'm sure Annie would have done it quicker!

Strobist

Very simple setup on this one, single silver umbrellas above and slightly model left. Again on the end a of the decorators pole with DIY modification to the standard end.

I was spending a day at the park taking pictures, when I spotted these two kids having a blast

climbing this beautiful tall & very old tree. (Best viewed on black)

I hope you all have a great weekend! HFF!

This was for my daughter's best friend, who loves her climbing lessons.

Climbing Citadel Mountain in Glacier National Park - was a cloudy/smoky/hazy day but despite that the views were still share-worthy - here we are route finding a way up to the saddle, with the summit right of center.

Climbing Svolvaergeita in Lofoten.

Grip strength and pulling muscles can be trained in the gym but make sure you work on the imposing muscles for injury prevention.

Just to put those steps we climbed yesterday in context, here is a shot across the Brisbane River of the downstream end of the Kangaroo Point cliffs. The steps are on the extreme right hand side of the frame....so it isn’t like climbing the Eiffel Tower. But, they are rather steep and it was one of Australia’s current run of extremely hot days, Brisbane has been in the range 33-34 degrees C so nowhere near as hot as our southern capitals but our terrible humidity raises the feel of the temperature by quite a lot. We used public transport to get into town and by the time we got home round 7.30pm, I was as wet through as I have ever been in spite of the air con on the bus.

Anyway, we try to make life go on and capture the opportunities when we can. Climbing those steps was a once off.

IAIS BICB thunders up the hill out of Davenport with 513 in the lead. Unfortunately you can't hear pictures, but I think you can get an idea just from how much the GP is smokin' it up!

Guam is so beautiful. Had to climb over razor sharp rocks, walk through tidepools, and dodge waves washing over to get this. In the end it was all worth it!

this is my good buddy Mick reflecting on the journey so far i have to take this opportunity to thank him for a magical journey

i was climbing around these boulders at Murrell Park and happened to squat down to find the perfect location for a photograph. this capture would not be easy as there appeared to be no way to get my tripod set in order to get a long exposure shot. then i thought to take the mono-pod leg off my ProMaster XC525 tripod, stick another tripod leg as far as i could into a small crack between two boulders and expand the last tripod leg all the way down to a lower set of rocks. … and BOOM – i had a level horizon!

the camera was just about all the way backed into another boulder and the only way for me to peer into the viewfinder was to go at it upside down and take a glimpse at the composition and set the focus. getting the right shot, takes time, patience and sometimes a little bit of mountaineering and yoga.

i’m thrilled with the outcome. enjoy.

Sweat and toil, to step an inch

Only to progress, never to flinch

Surrender to soar,climb to clinch
