Wow, I can't believe I took this shot on the 3rd of July of last year. We had only been on the East Coast a few days after our move from California. My two sons and I stopped at this farm to pick blueberries. As I remember, it was a pretty hot and very humid day. Hurry up spring.....we're tired of winter already!
I've got no shortage of good shots with the classic angle here at the River, but one last one before the railroad disappears would hurt anything! Right behind the preceding I166, M-SHNS eases across the 93-year old bridge. Of interest is that 6092 3rd out, to be interchanged to CN at Jackson for them to deliver to KCS' isolated Gulfport Subdivision at Hattiesburg.

All 1938-47 Cadillac 60 Special models are designated Full Classic by the Classic Car Club of America. It's hard to believe it's been five years since Ruth Ann and I attended this event with Steve Brown (sjb4photos). We had planned to do so again this Father's Day weekend, but June events in Virginia made available time for a Michigan trip too short to include anywhere near all we'd like to see when we get back to Michigan, which we still hope to do this year.

Raritan Central RC-1 drills out their train they just brought back from Conrail at Olympic Drive in Edison, New Jersey. A pair of their repainted former Southern High Hood GP38-2s leads the train, also joined by a pair of MP15 switchers (3/22/25).

The grilles of two 1930's classic cars: an Austin 12 (circa 1932) and a Plymouth DeLuxe PE (circa 1934).
Both cars are owned by a restaurant in Funchal, Madeira and can be hired to take guests to and from the restaurant.

This white-breasted nuthatch was doing the usual behavior, running up and down this tree trunk and branches, and of course it had to strike that classic nuthatch pose. Such a cute bird! It's so much fun to watch and it's even better when they utter that wha-wha-wha sound.

Ironically the only other time I've visited this area was March 2020 just before the 1st covid lockdown. The image I took that day is remarkably similar despite not looking at it for around 2 1/2 years.
This is a classic pose for a Hummingbird with its wings back.

خسارة يشتريها واحد ما يصونها ويحميـهـا
الدال دارت الايام والبنز بين المواتر يدوم ريسها
دره وجوهرة تسرع وتلمع وفجأة تحدد هدفها
الذال ذات ميزة عجيبة في سرعتها وقومتها
ذلت المواتروصارت مذهولة يوم البنز تطرحها
الراء رادو وفيه مفتاح الكتروني للمحطات يبرمجها
روعة ودقةوسماعات باللمس يوزعـــــــــــــــــها
الزين زعانف على الجنب زادت في جمالها ومنظرها
زين على زين وزاد زينها اسمها وشهرتــــــهـا
