Colour-coded topography map of the Hellas Chaos region found in the Hellas Basin in the southern hemisphere of Mars. White and red show the highest terrains, while blue and purple show the deepest.
This region was imaged by the High Resolution StereoCamera on ESA’s Mars Express on 23 January 2014 during orbit 12 785. The image is centred on 46ºS / 69ºE and has a ground resolution of about 18 m per pixel. North is to the right and west is at the top.

Ice cream van based on one we saw by the British Museum on a recent trip to London.
The first snow of the winter and as usual it catches everyone off guard including, I'm afraid to say, us as well! Travelling from Sheffield to West Yorkshire took us 4 1/2 hours tonight including an hour and a half stopped half way down this steep hill while everyone including a Range Rover and a Discovery were slipping down very much sideways! We had a very hairy moment at one point when we started sliding sideways down the hill and the brakes were doing nothing at all! I was heading straight for the hedge at one point with three abandoned cars on the left hand side and a gap not much wider than the car. I came off the brakes and the car snapped straight and I somehow managed to get us through the gap to come safely to a stop further down the hill with my heart in my mouth!

Wat de gevolgen zijn als je 7 tramlijnen ( 2,3,5,7,10,12 en 16), + 5 Connexxion buslijnen + alle autoverkeer dat normaal over de Stadhouderskade rijdt door één straat perst, die daar niet op ingericht is- en dan ook nog de stoplichten bij de kruising Overtoom ongunstig afstelt is hier te zien.
Maar liefst 18 trams vormen een vrijwel ononderbroken rij van Overtoom tot Roelof Hartplein: een slordige 600 meter....Dat het verkeer hier op een volkomen chaos uitliep moge duidelijk zijn.

This here is what is causing chaos all around the UK. Pretty isn't it? Last night it snowed then it rained then it froze. I awoke to a scene somewhat like slushy snow...except it wasn't...it was rock hard ice 10cm's thick in places turning my road...on a hill...into a not so wonderful icerink come ice slope with a direct route to the main road. And it isn't melting. Needless to say I haven't been able to go out and I really do have some last minute Xmas shopping to do, but after seeing nearly everyone passing by here either end up on there backside or one poor boy doing a belly flop onto the ground, I really didn't fancy it. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow :/

The bulk of Chaos Space Marines carries standard boltguns while their sergeants, so-called Aspiring Champions, prefer close combat weapons such as power axe.
