I’ve always thought The Chaos Dwarf Fireglaives were a rather unique and menacing addition to Warhammer fantasy.
This build:
-Helmet: backward Death Star Gunner helm.
-Pauldrons: from @brickwarriors
-Fireglaive: heavily modified Voulge from @brickwarriors
-Every else sculpted with some misc kitbashes.

I had to experience this for some years.

I have thought about posting this one a few times and then changed my mind.
I find that it is extremeley busy with lines going every which way, and no obvious subject, but for some strange reason I really do like this one a lot. I was once told not to worry about what others may think of a posted image, and that if I liked it, a good chance that others will as well.
I am not sure why I like it, but I do. It may be the colours or the textures, or the reflections. I have no idea. Maybe it was the lines of the trees that attracted me to the scene, I don't know, so I have simply called it Chaos in Colour.
IMPORTANT UPDATE - Unfortunately, because of an issue with the collector cards that go with this figure, I will not be able to ship out the orders (both pre-orders and new ones) until June 13th (as I will be out of town most of next week when they are now scheduled to arrive). I truly apologize for any inconvenience, but this is an issue that was out of my control!

Say hello to one of two new figures released today, Chaos! Featuring professional pad printing on the front head, front and back torso, and both arms. I know I'm a bit biased, LOL, but I love the blue and white printing on the black torso and arms, it really is a cool effect in hand!
Very limited quantities for this guy!
Important, though, this item is not shipping out until later this week, as I'm waiting for the Collector cards to arrive first.
What do you guys think?
Reminded me of our family days out when the children were small! They got in the way of our walk - duh!!!

I bought a bunch of cheap seed packets of all kinds. Cleared a space and cultivated it then threw the seeds down on it. So far I’ve seen sweet peas, peavine, morning glory and zinnias growing. Welcome to chaos gardening lol.

Funny, I shot a white paper shot a few weeks back for the CORNER challenge...
Still, time for something new. "order from chaos" was not originally intended, yet it was a byproduct of trying different comps.
After shooting various rips and tears of white paper, I decided to "ball-up" some of the smaller discards and took a series of 18 shots. When culling my challenge work, "order from chaos" stood out immensely for me, and it was the first of those 18 shots---the other 17 shots seemed forced while "ofc" felt pure, natural. You know that feeling...
Another reason I am really fond of "ofc" is that the composition itself has minor flaws, namely a bit of camera shake from a hand-held photograph and a lower shutter speed. Why not use the expensive tripod and head I own, two reasons; I'm lazy but more importantly being mobile with my rig gives me freedom and flexibility to explore more artistic compositions. Lazy or artistic, it's your call...i do what I need to do. ;-)
Anyway, "order from chaos" was shot at MFD for a lifesize reproduction of 1:1, so this frame is 22mm on the longside by 15mm on the short side--the size of the EOS-M2 sensor.

For this week's assignment, I chose to focus on my kids. Although they bring chaos into my life, I consider it a good thing and feel blessed to have them. I used a black fiber optic brush to create the lighting effects for this project. Initially, I attempted to capture both in a single take, but it proved challenging due to longer exposure times. So, I decided to shoot them individually and combine the shots in post.
If you could only keep quiet, clear of memories and expectations, you would be able to discern the beautiful pattern of events. Its your restlessness that causes chaos.
