My Dianna Effner Little Darling Doll , is modeling a dress made from a beautiful soft pinstriped silk taffeta, with an attached ivory silk slip with same delicate lace as shown on skirt. The lace is a beautiful embroidered lace with darling bows. The dress front bodice is sheer with a peek-a- boo corset of striped silk, and a collar with tiny lace trim. Satin ribbon bows at the waist. The bodice is completely lined and closes in back with buttons and loops. The little puffy sleeves have cuffs with lace. Under the dress is a slip made from vintage organdy with pink lace .

Plastic buttons. Always only the number showed.
The two in the middle on top must be vintage and have metal covers inside the holes, which isn't seen well on the photo.
The dark ones on the third picture are also vintage; three dark olive green and one black.
