Here white buttons on a sample piece of Dupion fabric.
The card is from DMC - shame about the Blackberries!.
Today I am the happiest craft person in the world! I've ordered huge quantity of vintage buttons from an Etsy seller. I was so delighted with these pictures that I had to make this collage :)
I made this slightly differently to the online instructions because my buttons weren't flat, things got a bit fiddly. I stuck the bottom buttons onto a piece of craft foam first.

Was admiring Pat's Paraphenalia's new Christmas Faery doors, and saw some of her pc buttons made a while back, and thought, you know, I've been meaning to make some buttons...
Thanks for the inspiration, Pat.

One of the buttons fell off of my coat and I asked my grandmother if she could fix it. She surprised me and replaced all of the buttons with these beauties. I wish the buttons would fall off of my coats more often :)
Aren't they just lovely?
PS: the test (explained here) went well I believe... more of an update soon... right now, however, it's time to rest...
