I LURV military insignia (wrote a post about it a little while ago), so I LURV that the Alexandria Legwarmers have 2 of these old-looking silver buttons. They match the warmth of the yarn colors pretty well.

Button shells are found buried in the sand, only reaching out its eyes and tentacle to forrage for food. When disturbed, these small but mighty shells gives a spiralling leap and buries itself into the sand again. Empty shells are also popular hangout places of hermit crabs, providing them with a safe and secure home away from predators.

camera batteries died before I could experiment with this light... and concept more... used build in flash and a piece of looseleaf... also I'm aware of the terrible framing but I still like this falling button... tried holding two in my eyes like monacles but the facial expression was horrific haha. and they fell out... hence the falling button.

I use this camera bag as my purse because bringing along my camera somewhere is more convenient that way. also I broke a camera's lcd screen by hauling it around in the pocket of a purse. :(

anyway, the Neko Case button kept falling off. I used to have a Fox Confessor one too but it fell off and got lost. I finally found another button that I wasn't using and swapped out the backs.

the opposite side of the strap has buttons too. maybe I will show you them another time.
