A rail replacement service using buses made spare while the summer schedule was in operation used route blue corner route 500S Volvo B12BLEs 2516-2520,2524 plus 2537-2542 daily with weekend appearances by some of their all yellow sisters in the 2521-2536 range.In October 2011 this bus lost its blue corners and moved onto quiet short local routes when the 500S contract was renewed with 19 new Volvo B7RLE taking over most but not all of the 24 monday-friday duties on route 500S.
Stagecoach in Cumbria & North Lancashire 37107, an Alexander Enviro200 Dennis Dart with Carlisle United FC embellishments stands on West Tower Street, Carlisle on 9 July 2015. This is one the type of bus introduced in June 2014 only to be replaced by a batch of blue and chrome liveried Optare Solo SRs just one year later, though they wouldn't last long in Carlisle. One of the new breed, 47950 is seen pulling out to pass the Enviro200.

New to this company in April 2004.
Route 362 is the main bus link to the eastern side of the Isle of Sheppey. It generally operates hourly on Mondays to Saturdays to Leysdown-on-Sea. The route is basically two bus routes in one, as after Sheerness, it continues to the Rushenden estate.
Stagecoach London 12284 about to go through the bus washing machine at it's home garage, Catford at their Centenary open day 10/05/14.
Go Ahead London 874 on route 474 is seen at City Airport before it's next run towards Manor Park 05/11/14.
Another old one - in this case from back in November 2006 when I made my first trip abroad to visit a close friend in Iowa City.
I had not the foggiest idea what these things are - other than that they looked bizarre enough that they had to be photographed. Sadly I never had the opportunity to travel on it, and am not likely to be back in the area any time soon, so am unlikely to.
Thanks to Doran Eirok for pointing out to me that sticking "Cambus" into Wikipedia might yield some useful information on what fleet they operate...so I've now tracked down what it is. One of those moments when you find yourself shaking your head and realising that you *really* should have thought of that.

After over a year in storage and as a reserve,this bus was repainted as a reserve for increased service levels on route 6A

This is the tour bus I spent 6 of the 8 days in. The thing looks like a bug with it's antennae like mirrors and headlight placement.
