The west side adjacent to the palace of Exaltation of the Cross church, built in Byzantine style. Above the entrance - the archangel Gabriel. As the original frame adds even greater value of precious stones, and Livadia Park, emphasizes the beauty of the palace.

The castle of the princes of Solms-Hohensolms-Lich is a castle in the old town (lower town) of the city of Lich in Hesse, Germany. The building in its current form dates from the late Renaissance and Baroque periods; the extension with the tapestry hall was built in 1911/12. The castle is still the family seat of the princes of Solms-Hohensolms-Lich and is not open to the public.

The elegant Midland Railway arches and canopy that define Hellifield Station help frame DB Shed no. 66156 as it slowly approaches with the 07.02 Mossend Yard - Clitheroe Castle Cement (4M00).
It was my first visit in 40 years and good to see this 1880 built structure in such fine fettle ...... even if the platform needed a bit of weeding! Sadly we'd already eaten, otherwise the "Fireman's Breakfast" on offer at the station cafe would surely have been taken up.

St. Bernard de Clairvaux Church is a medieval Spanish monastery cloister which was built in the town of Sacramenia in Segovia, Spain, in the 12th century but dismantled in the 20th century and shipped to New York City in the United States. It was eventually reassembled at 16711 West Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach, Florida, where it is now an Episcopal church and tourist attraction called Ancient Spanish Monastery. It is the oldest European-built structure in the Western Hemisphere.

El Santuario de Chimayo, a lovely old Spanish mission church in the rural town of Chimayo, New Mexico.
New York City - January 4, 2023: Illuminated U. S. Flag at the United States Army Recruiting Office in Times Square, New York City. This recruiting station was constructed in 1945. The lights of Broadway are reflected in the illuminated American flag at 43rd Street and Broadway.

The project of the House of Soviets itself was considered very progressive for its time, since it did not cause serious damage to the architectural appearance of the central part of the city, the administration building on both sides of the buildings of the office premises of the VIII- XIX centuries forms a single ensemble with them.

Архитекторы постарались гармонично вписать его в уже сложившийся архитектурный ансамбль, сохранив масштабность и очертания бывшего Дворца наместника. Обратите внимание, что современные строгие фасады здания, облицованные белым камнем, одновременно тактично стилизованы под классицизм. Авторы проекта данной постройки архитекторы Шестопалов, Малашонок, Савинова, инженер- конструктор Чудновский были удостоены Государственной премии РСФСР.
