St. Bernard de Clairvaux Church is a medieval Spanish monastery cloister which was built in the town of Sacramenia in Segovia, Spain, in the 12th century but dismantled in the 20th century and shipped to New York City in the United States. It was eventually reassembled at 16711 West Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach, Florida, where it is now an Episcopal church and tourist attraction called Ancient Spanish Monastery. It is the oldest European-built structure in the Western Hemisphere.

Segesta (Ancient Greek: Ἔγεστα Egesta;[1] Sicilian: Siggésta) was one of the major cities of the Elymian people, one of the three indigenous peoples of Sicily.

After two years of pandemic and many photos of nature, landscapes, mountains, etc., it was a relief to once again get structures made of steel and glass in front of the lens.

The Circle at Zurich Airport is far from being able to compare with big cities. But for once it was not mountains made of stone, but man-made buildings.

What a relief! :-)

Just 60 kilometers from Oviedo stands Cudillero, one of the most picturesque villages (and the most beautiful) of the Asturian coast, which proudly overlooks the Bay of Biscay. The succession of beaches framed by dizzying cliffs, the undeniable smell of the sea and all its gastronomic delights are well worth a well-deserved summer vacation. The beauty of its beauty is indisputable

Linno Gu or Bat Cave is home to hundreds of thousands of bats. At the time of sunset, they come in big groups to hunt in the night. The cloud of bats which floods across the Thanlwin river is quite unique and impressive. It is estimated that normally more than 100,000 bats leave the cave every night.
