The Forth Bridge is a cantilever railway bridge over the Firth of Forth in the east of Scotland, 9 miles (14 kilometres) west of Edinburgh City Centre. It is considered an iconic structure and a symbol of Scotland, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was designed by the English engineers Sir John Fowler and Sir Benjamin Baker.

The northbound Agawa Canyon Fall Colour Tour Train / CN 633 (Canadian National owned and operated, at least for the time being) passes over the fog shrouded Goulais River via the Searchmont Railroad Bridge. The bridge design is a seven panel Parker Through Truss, and features pinned connections, lattice portal bracing, lattice top chord bracing, and vertical V-lacing support. The bridge was probably built around 1902 by the Algoma Central Railway. Searchmont is about 40 kilometers north of Sault Ste. Marie.

I took the opportunity during my week off from work to visit a place in Devon I have never been to before to capture what remains of the autumn colours. Shaugh Bridge is a lovely place where the rivers Plym and Meavy meet and the surrounding woodland made for some nice compositions which I will share with you all over the coming days. I am not sure if this is a classic shot of the bridge but I thought this compostion worked well with the two rivers converging (Plym on the left and Meavy on the right) with a tree and the bridge in the frame.

As I said in my previous image, I shot this bridge a while ago, before I got myself a pro camera and I wanted to go back to show how much I have grown as a photographer since.

I love the architecture of the bridge and think it is very beautiful, so that is what I am trying to get across in my images.

It's a hectic Friday evening for the commuters but they sure did their part in creating a peaceful looking evening. These are Tacoma, WA's twin Narrows Bridges with a 20 second exposure and 3 stop ND filter. Olympic Mountains are in the background.

Taken last night from the Millennium bridge, looking over towards the Tyne bridge & Sage Theatre ... The sky lit up briefly, just enough time to grab a quick few shots from this iconic spot.

Spent the day yesterday enjoying the falls at the Dupont State Forest with family visiting from Oklahoma. This is the bridge that takes you to Triple Falls in the Dupont State Forest, Transylvania County, Western North Carolina. Beautiful day !!!
