While having breakfast outside at a brightly colored table, I took some closeups of the table. Yep, got a few strange looks.
Main Street Restaurant. good food, nice people. Greek, Italian & American staples, including breakfast dishes, served in a low-key space with a bar.
this mouse was not killed or miss treated in order to shoot this picture...
in fact i put it in the cats bowl so it could eat, and then the cat came up to eat..
the mouse was so curious it went right up to the cat, which jumped back and awaited its turn at the bowl.......
For June I want to work on food photography so get ready. I had some leftover roasted vegetables and heated them up in some vegetable broth then cracked some eggs and let them poach in the broth. Added a little fresh basil, salt and pepper and ta-da, breakfast is served.
I am totally open to suggestions for any ways to improve my food shots.
Our newly opened Portuguese Cafe / Restaurant , has started to put a few English Meals on their menu .
All food in “Alfonsos” is cooked to order , and served hot to the table .

Well, since I had everything out already, I decided to make a breakfast pizza. I had a little trouble getting it off the parchment so it is somewhat misshapen but my thick crust was super filling.

The previous night's winds were still going strong in the early light before dawn at Point Pelee National Park and I was hoping to catch a photographer on the boardwalk for a little perspective. Although she was moving around a bit too much to be sharp in my long exposure, she did buy me breakfast a little later and that was a welcome treat indeed.

I was off work today and Paula and I went out for Breakfast. Mine is Eggs Royale made with the most delicious smoked salmon. Paula had french toast with berries.
Definitely the best breakfast I have had in ages.
