Sometimes only a Weatherspoons Breakfast is what you need .
One of Weatherspoons “Traditional” Breakfasts , with no Tomatoes , but an extra egg in its place . Plus a side order of Black Pudding . Out of shot , is an included “round of toast” , plus a re-fillerble mug of coffee .

Sunday morning fry up.Bacon Pork Sausages tinned Tomatoes Egg sunny side up and a load of Bread for dipping.
For the Through the Lens Week 3 theme of "Looking Through". Not only was this young (I think) Red Wattlebird looking through the detritus of someone's breakfast and scoffing something I would barely call nutritious, but I was looking through the Rotunda towards the beach where many families were enjoying the overcast but still warm weather.
I was saddened to see this detritus and hope that the litterers came back to pick it all up.
Fortunately most of this wide long beach was quite clean as was the water.

While trying to prepare my breakfast at 7:30 am, who should appear in the driveway but this bobcat. After a desperate hunt for a camera, I finally managed to fire off five shots through an open window before the cat disappeared into the bush. This is the best of the bunch.

Set up this elaborate lighting for this shot, then ended up using the one lit by natural light. Cracked me up.

Pumpkin loves being a part of meals. When I start setting the table (for breakfast especially) he doesn’t so much get excited as assume he’s invited. He doesn’t expect any food, or try to eat while we’re eating, he’s just always really enjoyed being included. It’s adorable. (Also, I’ve just noticed that Tom and I have picked sides of the table to sit on without realizing it. I usually sit on the right and he the left.)
I'm trying to eat more healthily this year to try and lose some weight for the wedding and to help my climbing. This has been my breakfast for the last week or so. This dieting thing isn't such a hardship, really...

A simple breakfast at Kopitiam in Simei. 2 eggs, a small piece of jam and butter toast with 2 thin slices of ham. This type of breakfast can be bought at many coffee shops or hawker centers.

This was my breakfast today. I haven't made it in ages and thought it was about time to have it again. It's one of my favourite morning meals! It is very easy to make and I broiled it in my Convection Toaster Oven to get the Egg Whites browned.
... this morning! We are without a dining table at the moment - the one we had ordered was cancelled due to an error by John Lewis! So we are back to meals on our laps LOL. A fave breakfast for me is blueberries and cornflakes with a nice cup of coffee. Today it was Oatibix with raspberries and a few luscious cherries on the side plus a big mug of coffee to wake me up.
Hope you are all enjoying the weekend however far you have travelled in it. We have sun and showers again today - the garden loves it! - a tad windy at the moment tho'! xxx
