Definitely better with spicy sausage than it is with lunchmeat ham, but when we were trapped indoors for 2.5 days, it was the best we could do. Better than cereal, at any rate!

Growing up, Christmas breakfast was always popovers. I was excited to get to have them again this year. They were delicious.
