They say it is recession, which is a slowdown or a massive contraction in economic activities.
Political scaremongering about the fall-out of Brexit.
A significant fall in spending generally leads to a recession.
It is global, but especially in England, so many have to go with less.
Beware; small presents can often contain much more than the bigger ones?
Also, if it is given with much love and care..., just add some of your gold-dust, the meaning will be there!
I wish you all the best and thank you, M, (*_*)

Custom box I made for the custom 3" Dunny Samurai I made. It's a blatant play off of Hokusais wood block print.
Box's new copper interior. The photos make it look darker than it is, the actual color is a bright copper. Everything except the ring around the speedo was silver before.
I cannot help myself. Here’s a story about records, books, postage, recycling and reuse.
This box started out life containing 16 copies of Patrick O’Farrell’s paperback book with ISBN 0-86840-635-X, sent from the University of New South Wales Press (printed on the box). It must have been sent to Readings bookshop in Carlton, who reused it to send something to Dr Phillip Law (1912-2010) at his home in Canterbury (address label on the bottom of the box, unfortunately Post Paid Australia with no postmark). Dr Law used it to store excess publications about Antarctica (inscribed on the box in his own hand). On the death of Dr Law in 2010, the box ended up with us, the eScholarship Research Centre, who have been working with Dr Law on his papers since the mid 1980s. We have the final material from Dr Law now processed and boxed in special National Library of Australia boxes, ready for transfer to their custody.
Looking up the book in the National Library of Australia’s Trove catalogue and checking the ISBNs of the different editions reveals that this box originally held the third edition of The Irish in Australia, published in 2000.
I needed a box to send 18 copies of a book we have just published (November 2011), Founders, Firsts and Feminists: Women Leaders in Twentieth-century Australia, to a conference being held in Canberra next week. This box did the job nicely!
A view of the ring inside the box when Chris first brought it home. This gives a great view of the setting.

My son-in-law brought me these three stacking boxes from Africa, he watched the gal make them, they are all beaded on thin wire.
A functional work of art! One-of-a-kind, hand-painted jewelry box that was rescued from a thrift store. Collaged pages from a vintage book adorn this fun and functional jewelry box.
We bought a bookshelf that came in a box (it needed to be assembled) and Hana and Archie thought the box was a wonderful place to explore. We ruined their fun by recycling the box...

Culgaith Signal Box on Friday 25 March 2016. At this point the S&C was shut north of Appleby so I knew by exploring the area I wasn't going to miss any trains. I was surprised to find the box was still manned. Not sure if this was daytime only or still 24 hours but it must be a long boring shift for the signalman without any trains

In still photography and video, a matte box is a device used on the end of a lens to block the sun or other light source in order to prevent glare and lens flare. It performs essentially the same function as a lens hood and also mounts in front of the lens, but usually includes adjustable fins called French flags.Another purpose of a matte box is to hold glass or plastic filters in place in front of the lens.
This is a picture box keyring, when you hold it to your eye withe light behind you can see the picture inside, unfortunatly this one has a picture of me when I was 8
We had fun at college a few weeks ago recreating an old fashion photo. I thought I'd add my own twist to it in Photoshop by replacing the background and creating a reflection. Not entirely happy with the perspective though. Does anyone know how I can make the base of the reflection meet the base of the box - Transform doesn't seem to do it?
