We have had a marvellous day and evening. Warm and sunny, the only drawback is that the mosquitos did show today.
After seeing all those nice bokeh shots, I just had to try one for my self, and this is Lotta with sun coming from left behind. The red and yellow colours in the background are tulips. Lotta is still wearing protection over her belly-button but hopfully only for a few days more. And it seems to bug me more than Lotta, really!

Just chilling with my little Nephew Parker Timothy Koske while he is enjoying his first Christmas with the family.
Wanted to show people what bokeh was. Again, got to give props to Enc Photography for showing me all of his great photos of bokeh with Christmas lights. As soon as I saw the lights hit the shelves, I had to try some shots. Already have plans for red lights as soon as I get them.
For anyone who wants to know, all the lights are Christmas lights wrapped around my tripod, with my 50mm set to a wide aperture.

For this weeks 52 of 2014 I decided to bring Danbo out of his semi retirement for my weekly shot. Here he is trying to get some bokeh shots of his own.
The camera Danbo's using was a gift from a very good friend and it is in fact, a clock. The lights in the background were left over from this Christmas and also Christmas 2 years ago. They just never managed to find their way back in to the box of decorations.
SOOC and definitely better on black!
