The dashboard enables the presentation of cost, performance and satisfaction benchmarking data in a simple and user-friendly way. The dashboard provides tenants, governing bodies and staff with access to key value for money data which can be used to assist in the effective delivery of tenant scrutiny, and will form part of a co-regulatory approach.
