Newmark Knight Frank continued its national BenchMarks research conference series with the fourth annual BenchMarks DC event on November 14, 2018 at the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, DC.
Dashing Jonathan Cox, the project team leader for HouseMark's new benchmarking dashboard, celebrates its launch.
The dashboard enables the presentation of cost, performance and satisfaction benchmarking data in a simple and user-friendly way. The dashboard provides tenants, governing bodies and staff with access to key value for money data which can be used to assist in the effective delivery of tenant scrutiny, and will form part of a co-regulatory approach.

Suzanne de Vegh (Japan Society) moderated and organized the panel as liaison for the NYCMER Public Programs Peer Group.
