I purchased the house from Hobby Lobby. Most of the supplies used are Stampin' Up! brand. Also there is My Mind's Eye, BasicGrey and Michael's Crafts as well. Hope you all like it :). I used the can of snow too. Not sure how much I liked that part of it. Full details of this at my blog, Pish Posh Paperie at scrapperspot.blogspot.com/

Hi Everyone!
I created this card for a Really Reasonable Ribbon challenge, for an Inky Antics feature and for a Want2Scrap Guest DT announcement post.
I used a retired "Two Scoops" 6"x6" paper pad from Basic Grey. So glad it is now available in digital form! :)

Basic Grey June Bug line - in lieu of journaling, I just added a stamped sentiment. That one's from Hero Arts. :D
I had the honor of being a guest designer for Say It With Letters and had a blast creating with their Happy Homes Collection. ------- Houses: Say It With Letters Happy Home; Pattern Paper: BasicGrey Nook & Pantry Trees: Maya Road Chipboard Flowers: Making Memories Foil Trim: Red Lead Paint: Making Memories Distress Ink: Tim Holtz Adhessive: Therm O Web and E6000 Handlettering: Me.
I took this photograph of my brother with a Kodak Ektra 12 camera when I was barely 11 years old.
I used a basic grey paper called Passe (from the "Archaic" range). What's quite unusual about this layout is that all the elements are sewn on either by hand or by machine. Used a lot of gesso, ranger distress inks, and pages from an old book to make the oak leaves and the bird elements.
OWH - Stamp Owl (Studio G) onto cardstock. Stamp gloves (Studio G) onto Basicgrey scrap paper. Stamp sentiment (Hero Arts). Cut hat from scraps add tiny punch as tassel for hat.
O= owl, orange beak and claws
W = warm hello and warm mittens and cap
H = Hello

I made this card for The Paper Girls Wood Accents challenge at thepapergirlschallenge.blogspot.com/. I was pretty naughty when I went to JoAnns the other day, so I wanted to make sure I also used some of the new Basic Grey exclusive papers. Finally got the first set of kites up on my "design wall" (I use the term very loosely as I is basically some batting hung over a long dowel, but it's doing the job for now) now I am ready to start working on the octagons.
The right side of my two page layout.
Journaling reads:
"What a difference two years makes.
The first time I saw the Zac Brown Band was @ the House of Blues in downtown Cleveland with friends from TRH. We had VIP barstools and were super close to the stage.
We jammed to every single song, falling deeper and deeper in love with the band. It was actually the first time I ever did Jager with Jon! The show wasn’t packed, there was still plenty of room to move and hang out.
I saw the band again last night, only this time in Columbus at Nationwide Arena. Thousands of people were in attendance. While I still knew all the songs and sang along, I was mesmerized by the change that two years can make.
The band is famous now...yet they still remain awesome, down-to-earth guys who just love to sing.I can’t wait to see them twice more this summer! They’ve got whatever it is."
