A Two Fish Two exclusive design by Heidi Hensey ©2008, All Rights Reserved. An Icosahedron (20 sided form) ornament suspended by gold cord, embellished by a genuine Swarovski crystal bead. Pull the bead along the cord and the top unfolds and opens to reveal a very unique gift box. Created with BasicGrey Figgy Pudding Festive paper.
For this card I used Wednesday's sketch and the PP is BasicGrey Mellow. I thought it was best to flip the sketch and go vertical with it instead of horizontal.

I was working on an earlier version of this layout (which I also posted to the BG Flickr site) and although I wasn't feeling great about how it was coming together, I knew I needed to sleep on it to figure out how to change it. The problem was, I wanted to submit it to the sketch challenge by the midnight deadline... so I had to call it "done." Today I decided to revamp some parts of it, added a spot for journaling, and thought I'd post the redone version.
It uses elements from five different BasicGrey collections.
Details are on my new blog:

I made this for the Club Anya Monday Mania challenge, themed This is me! I used 3 different TGF characters to put her together. Yes I'm a redhead with blue eyes and freckles. My favourite colour is blue, I'm rockergirl at heart and I'm totally addicted to GuitarHero. If you hadn't spotted it yet, take a closer look at her guitar ;-)

Day 27 : I've had this photo for two years and I always look at it and remember what an amazing night this was.
I'm not crazy with the way this layout turned out [mostly because I did it in a hurry] but I do want to revisit this and possibly do it again. Done is better than perfect, right?
This is the digitally stitched version but you can see the individual pages in my gallery.
Journaling reads:
"What a difference two years makes.
The first time I saw the Zac Brown Band was @ the House of Blues in downtown Cleveland with friends from TRH. We had VIP barstools and were super close to the stage.
We jammed to every single song, falling deeper and deeper in love with the band. It was actually the first time I ever did Jager with Jon! The show wasn’t packed, there was still plenty of room to move and hang out.
I saw the band again last night, only this time in Columbus at Nationwide Arena. Thousands of people were in attendance. While I still knew all the songs and sang along, I was mesmerized by the change that two years can make.
The band is famous now...yet they still remain awesome, down-to-earth guys who just love to sing.I can’t wait to see them twice more this summer! They’ve got whatever it is."
