Thinking about The Big Garden Birdwatch.
Not one for posting birds on a feeder'EasyShot' But in appreciation of the Garden bird and feeder I've made an exception 😊 Hence this lovely Greenfinch.

Rebirth, Intuition, Balance
"Geàrr brings the benefit of balance and intuition, of promise and fulfillment. The hare is a creature of the Goddess, of the night and of the moon, however representing dawn, clarity and the East."

Rinascita, Intuito, Equilibrio
"Geàrr porta il beneficio dell'equilibrio e dell'intuito, della promessa e del compimento. La lepre è creatura della Dea, della notte e della luna, rappresentando comunque l'alba, la chiarezza e l'Oriente."

One more week of juggling two positions and then we are Canadian Rockies bound; a much needed retreat after the last few months and hoping when we return, I will be able to achieve some balance between work and play. Have a fabulous weekend; will catch up with everyone soon!!!!! As always, thanks for all your visits and comments.

Never move the soul without the body, or the body without the soul, so that by defending each other, these two parts maintain their balance and health.

Lots of fun taking this shot. Tried different ways of balancing these rocks. This is the best I came up with.. but it exceeded the size requirement.. had to crop the image. The middle rock is exactly 2 inches long. Converted to black and white.

We followed these two ( see second hawk beak at bottom ) to where they hang out. Which means we have a new morning coffee and camera sitting place.

An older grizzly cub, walks along the top of a log by the shoreline of Chilko Lake, BC, with fall leaves and grasses in the background. Grizzly cubs stay with their moms for 3 years. This cub was probably born in the spring a couple of years ago, so it is 2 and a half years old.

Thanks for looking!
Taken in my attempt to get a MM 'stack' shot. I couldn't get more than three high. They are so small and light and I'm too clumsy 😆
I chose to use my other photo of square beads - they were smaller and lighter but I managed to get a stack of four high!

Balance in all things
We need it all
Well, not everyone needs to say bring it on and I will deal with it - I know I'm a bit too enthusiastic in my growth in this life
But to really live life I think we need to taste many of the feelings an earthling may have
Our growth lays just there
In the feelings
It can be a roller coaster for sure
Geeez, it can hurt, so deep, you don't really understand that you will get out of it alive
But when things are dealt with and you find the peace within
It so worth having gone through with it all
Then the learning starts
You need to take a look at what you have been through, using the meta perspective look
You need to learn why things happened the way it did, then you might avoid this another time
Life is complex
We need to bring balance in our life
A bit of that
And
A bit of that
But what we need the most is of course Love
Love yourself, treat yourself with respect, give yourself the small joys and be aware of them
You are not alone
Never
Let your loved ones bathe in love
Small tokens
A little txt "Love you" "Thinking of you"
It's so important, we can never get enough
It's the greatest gift we can give to ourselves and to others
Love you ♥️

The somali ostrich is one of the 'Samburu Special Five', a group of five animals that are unique to the Samburu region of Kenya.
I was forturnate enough to see a few when I was there, including this male working on some beginnner yoga poses.

Between balanced bliss and dept abyss on the path to Christmas
#Balance
First I thought too much about this, then I did too much with it. And now I'm even later in the game than last Monday. I need a break ;-)
I hope your bank accounts are well balanced now that 'tis the season again. On the other hand homemade, handmade, selfmade Christmas presents are wonderful, too. Often much nicer, more precious than something pricey. Like the pullover my mother knitted for me when I was 12. I remember well (and she remembers it, too, so my memory is correct) that she handed me a knitting magazine and told me that I could pick a pullover and a design of my choice and she'd knit it for me for Christmas. I chose a rising sun over skyscrapers. I still have that pullover, and I'm still wearing it occasionally ;-) It's in perfect condition after all those years ;-)
Since it's late already I will skip the technical part this time and wish you a beautiful week ahead ;-) HMM!
