In the summer, the sun sets behind the Tetons but late light comes through several canyons or hits peaks offering the right angle. I've played with the colors a bit here.
This was taken up on the top of Muddy Creek Falls on the dry side. The water is cascading down just to the left of the sun baked rock. During high water times, the waterfall covers much of this scene.
On my way to Norway for a long fishing trip. This is Gimån from the ongoing 14 hour drive, taken in Jämtland, Sweden.

Jökulsárlón ends at the Diamond Beach.
It is a beautiful black sand beach where you can see ice-cubes and crystals that are washed up from the sea, which is actually very beautiful especially at dawn, sunrise or sunset because then light illuminates the icebergs.

from yesterday morning's photo session. They were a wonderful family and so much fun. We were suppose to meet at another location but rained forced us to change plans. I am so glad it did. They had a beautiful home and the girls wore the most adorable outfits. more photos on my blog.
