I was at the John Tyler tasting room and saw this backhoe sitting under and old oak tree… I just can't help myself, I find machinery fascinating.
A backhoe digs in what had been the southbound SR 99 lane at the far south end of the Alaskan Way Viaduct in Seattle. The lane is in the way of one of the piers that will support the highway that the will replace the Alaskan Way Viaduct.
