It is the gull in the bottom, centre in the flight shot.
In the second photo it is in front of a great-backed gull.
This gulls normal range is the coasts of northeastern Asia.
It regularly shows up in Alaska during the summer and occasionally in the winter.
This year it has been showing up in various locations in Ontario, usually at landfills.

The Class of 2019 marched back from Camp Buckner, Monday, Aug. 10, 2015 completing Cadet Basic Training. The New Cadets and cadre passed parents, family and community members as they marched down Washington Road crossing in front of the Superintendent's House - Quarters 100 and then to the apron in front of Washington Hall. They will begin the process of reorganizing into their academic year companies today. Congratulations to the Class of 2019 (and families)!
The curse of bricklaying, BACKACHE, 30 years on the trowel as now taken its toll, wear & tear they say sorry can't help you, change your job !, not a lot on the cards for me at 50. Feeling sorry for myself day, stop being soft ! think of those who are really ill, feel better already !!!!!!!!

That is the Forth railway bridge in the background. I changed buses at Ferrytoll Park + Ride at the north end of the three Forth crossings. Buses and taxis use the old Forth Road Bridge, but most of them stop here to allow marvellous interchanges between routes and a fine parking-spot 40 minutes from Edinburgh city centre. Halbeath P+R is about 10 minutes away, and fulfils a similar role for Glasgow. Stagecoach East Scotland provide comfortable new or almost new coaches for this ambitious network of long-distance services.

Not sure what bird this is, but I have a pair in my back yard suddenly. They are ground feeders and resist flying off when I or the dog approach them at a fair range.
Yesterday, one came hopping around within a foot or so of my foot while I was seated and taking snapshots of it with my cell camera.
I recently observed a sparrow-like bird, about half its size, appear to pick up something and feed it to the larger bird. It's roughly the size of a Cardinal but a bit more rotund and with a somewhat shorter tail.
