So I'm working on my artsy fartsy style photography again but this time using nothing but my mobile phone as my medium. I started off with a portrait and good ol' Circuitboi was up to being my model once again. I wanted to go for a silhouette shot but the lighting just wasn't on my side today so instead, I went and enhanced the dramatic sky over his head. Went well with the theme of weariness that I was going for once again. With the old boy in his glasses, it made for one interesting shot. My Xperia Z is quite the little shooter. It's been out performing any DSLR I've owned thus far. I think that maybe this is the photography gods above telling me it's time to get with the times...

This woman's tattoo makes me want to finish my back piece. though mine is a different design, it follows the same path.

After a summer hiatus the band is back together. We’re trying to practice at least once a week.

While I practice music regularly with my guitar-playing music partner, we haven’t played with the drummer and bassist in months. Finally, we are all making music, together, again!

There are six versions of this which is from the first series, marked ©2008, with pull-back motors.

The second series had ten colours, were packed in smaller card boxes, and the vans had off-white cabs. The designs on the box bodies were less abstract than on this series.
