Chittenango, New York Central buses lined up at the high school in 1970. The majority of the buses here are 1960's Superior Supercruisers. A lone, early 1960's Carpenter Corsair is among the fleet. The district would buy six more Corsairs between 1971 & 1973, bus numbers 77-78 & 81-84.
Note the late 1950's/early 1960's Mack B-model conventional with Oneida body on the left!
This is a modification of my alternate build of the LEGO 10278 Police Station - the corner building „The Daily Press“- I built in November 2021, since I recognised that I wasn't able to display the original corner building in the shelf in my living room properly.
This new non corner version is also built only with bricks from the LEGO 10278 Police Station. It's built a bit less tricky than the original building, but nevertheless I think I like it a bit better than the other one. Don't know exactly why – perhaps because I don't have to choose between the two facades but have them next to each other.
Of course there are also building instructions available reb.li/m/97319

I used 2735 of the 2903 parts of the LEGO Police Station.
The ground floor of the main building contains a press room with an old newspaper printing press, in the first floor there is the editorial office and on the second floor lives the owner in a small apartment with roof terrace.
In the smaller neighboring building there is a flower shop on both floors (with room for growing and caring the plants upstairs).
I hope you like it.

The DCC Concepts 2 axle ground signal does have a passable resemblance to the Belgian version. Here 5404 waits departure from the carriage sidings.

Tried my hand at the popular practice of creating an alternative model limited to the pieces of a given LEGO set.
The Paranormal Intercept Bus 3000 has been rebuilt for rail service and is ready to push freight all around any given train yard, you'll just need to bring your own 6x24 base and train wheels if you want to get it off the ground.

Delaware Valley Express was based out of Hankins, New York and this is what their fleet looked like back in 1969. Mack R & B models tractors alongside a GMC refrigerated van, three International Loadstar box vans, and a 1963 Ford F-350 box van.

I saw this and I just HAD to get a picture! It's not often that I see an old Mack B model truck in the middle of a work zone. I was simply stunned and amazed. What a beautiful truck!
If you want to use this image, ask permission PRIOR to use. Don't be a thief - under most circumstances, I'm quite reasonable.
