Iggesund Paperboard Ltd. produce high quality card at their Siddick works in Cumbria and in the 20th century received some of its raw materials and despatched some products by rail freight, using the Port of Workington as a rail/road transfer facility. The wood pulp and timber traffic was lost to rail but the tanks carrying clay and chalk slurries continued into the 21st century.
Over the years many different design of bogie tanks were used on this traffic; parallel cylindrical barrels, double depressed tanks, tapered depressed barrels and like these here, cylindrical depressed barrels. This one is 87 7898 105-4 TOPS code ICA and is being shunted on the Workington Docks branch by EWS owned civil liveried 37098 on 28 February 1997 in the immediate post B.R. era.

The rake was being returned empty due to a loading issue at the Swinden Quarry Terminal.

A GATX SD40-2 duo (2007 & 2002) are leading W/B train R-403 on track one of what is now CSX's Capital Sub as they pass the wonderful Henkel's Restaurant, unfortunately long gone. 2007 was built in 3/75 as Missouri Pacific 3194, 2002 was built in 3/75 as MP 3170.
This Mazda RX7 is one of the most amazing cars I have ever photographed. The Lamborghini paint was so vivid, the motor sounded amazing, and the car looks so streamlined and aggressive! I'm definitely very excited to share this with you guys!

The photoshoot was done late in the evening, we were quite short on time so I did the best I could and improvised where necessary due to a lack of equipment. Most of my good lightstands, my umbrellas, and a few other things were not with me at the time. Pardon the dull backgrounds, we didn't have alot of time to venture out and try different settings.
Brent is definitely interested in being covered in D-Sport magazine, hopefully with these photos I'll be able to grab someones attention over there and shoot again when the car is finished (soon).

6E13, the 1240 Newbiggin - Milford gypsum containers approach Birkett Tunnel on 4 September 2007 behind 60028 “John Flamsteed”.
The loco still carries its 1990s B.R. grey livery even after a decade of EWS ownership. In the 21st century EWS began to apply yellow “posters” on the bodysides of their former B.R. liveried machines though this one has lost its bottom half that had the EWS lettering.

Die Käfer werden ohne die rüsselartige Kopfverlängerung ca. 2 bis 4 mm lang.
Es besteht ein auffallender Sexualdimorphismus in der Rüssellänge: Während der Rüssel des Männchens etwa die halbe Länge der Flügeldecken erreicht, ist der Rüssel des Weibchens nahezu körperlang.
Der Körper ist schwarz, allerdings dicht hellgrau behaart, so dass die Käfer bei flüchtiger Betrachtung grau wirken. wikipedia
