The fleets of South Lancs Travel and Strawberry were merged together during January 2012. The combined operation is run from the South Lancs base in Atherton with the Strawberry identity retained for St Helens services.
Strawberry 65 is seen in Ormskirk before working a service to St Helens on route 319. The legal lettering in the side window shows the trading names for both South Lancs and Strawberry but only the address for South Lancs. Also, note the South Lancs Travel lettering under the Strawberry logo on the front.

The weekend at the beginning of August saw Connexions Buses take over route 13 from main York operator, First. After years of cuts, the route between Copmanthorpe and Haxby has seen a revitalization with the frequency increased to two buses an hour.
Skulking in the shadows next to the war memorial in Copmanthorpe is T562 BSS, an ex First Leeds Scania that now provides sterling frontline service across the Green and White network.
Many of the customers had nothing but praise for the first week of service from Connexions, something nice to hear where complaints are all but too common for certain operators.

Running service 19 in Garforth, Leeds. 30/04/14.
UPDATE 28/11/14: 61069 was withdrawn back in July, it was last seen sat at Bramley depot a few weeks ago. It's quite likely this bus will be scrapped in the near future.
UPDATE 18/03/15: 61069 was sold to Harrogate Coach Travel (Connexions Buses) back in late 2014/early 2015. Due to being stored outside at Bramley depot, the environment had taken a toll on 61069, and when sold to HCT, it was in such a state it was sent to Geoff Ripley scrappers shortly after arriving.
