Self portrait. I was just staring out the window and took a picture without even looking at my phone. Turned out pretty good! I like the Light/Dark contrast.
This is my half of an art trade with a buddy of mine.
We decided to do and art trade where we would draw each other's character. However we would do the drawing based off one of our favorite songs. This was easy for us cause we both have very similar tastes in music. So on his list I saw the song "Awake and Alive" by Skillet
This song was the main song on one of their albums. The album cover had a guy with bandages over his face and coming off. This worked well for a drawing idea. Have Vandroiy covered in bandages, but has a gun in hand ready to fight for what he believes in. Exactly what I think this song is about.
