Awake and Sing, Final Dress, Directed by Scott Kaiser at Santa Clara University

This is my half of an art trade with a buddy of mine.

We decided to do and art trade where we would draw each other's character. However we would do the drawing based off one of our favorite songs. This was easy for us cause we both have very similar tastes in music. So on his list I saw the song "Awake and Alive" by Skillet

This song was the main song on one of their albums. The album cover had a guy with bandages over his face and coming off. This worked well for a drawing idea. Have Vandroiy covered in bandages, but has a gun in hand ready to fight for what he believes in. Exactly what I think this song is about.

I hope that you like the drawing bud! Your character is so cool! ^_^

Created for my new "AWAKE" Course. Three of my own photos, blended, with some course content added. A requirement for this session was to add our name and the title 'Artist' on the piece.

April 10, 2008.

The power went out for a couple of hours, so of course, I took out my camera and played around with the long exposure. I did a 20 sec exposure and had her sit up at 10 sec. Little bit blah, but I think its alright.

I have been away for a while in Førde, Sunnfjord, Norway. Now I'm finally back to continue my daily things to do, reading for exams is one of them.

that's the reason for no comments the last days, and I will try to catch up this weekend.

Have a great weekend everybody!
