The reason this guy has a bit of a startled look on its face is because a few seconds before I took the shot, it had its head in a hole and was dead still.

I was on a bank (I damn nearly stepped on it), it was out in the open and I feared it was dead, so I gave it a little nudge. I think both of us got a bit of a jolt when he pulled his head out of the hole to see what was going on!

This is a under view of a 95% finished electronic circuit I made that is part of networked other device like this for my parents that help to monitor and control heat system of the house and garage. It is called "Awaker" because the task of this one is to awake my dad to indicate him it's time add woods to create heat for the house..

I made it into a plastic prototype box I tried to cut and arrange the best way I could.

The concept is falling awake. I'm not happy with this at all. It's very grainy/noisy and doesn't seem to have a focus. I may try again in the distant future.

At last the weather's changing and spring is nearly here - warm enough to wake up the bees. One of the first foragers I've seen this year on a superb crop of snowdrops. Looks like she can't find the way in to get that pollen.

Sigo sin tiempo, liado y preparando cosas. Ahora de vacaciones, pero igual. Iré pasando poco a poco por vuestras galerias.

De momento, esta. Cartel de Awake, el grupo al que les estoy haciendo fotos para su primer cd. Se estrenan en un conciertillo al que todos los que podais ir estais invitados.

El cartel está chulo y además, la foto es mia. Así que ilusión por eso, y por el proyecto que está en marcha.

Muy buena gente y con talento, que se merecen lo mejor. Y ahí estaremos para hacerles fotos en directo :)

In de bijlage een prachtige sfeerfoto die ik met mn telefoon in de gashouder heb gemaakt. Hij is niet zo heel zuiver, maar toen die foto gemaakt is waren er nog geen telefoons met 5 megapixel camera. :-)
