Toyota / Sustainable Retailing Exterior Study - 2010 / 2011

Space Projects were appointed by Toyota GB Plc to formulate a blueprint for their “Sustainable Retail Centres ‘” throughout the U.K.

Being current brand guardians for Toyota GB Plc and having completed a successful roll out programme for 190 + sites, Space Projects are ideally placed to identify ‘eco technologies’ that will compliment and enhance the operational demands of Toyota Centres.

The study looked at every component and operation of a typical Toyota Centre to identify opportunities to minimize environmental impact through reducing energy use, generating energy, saving water, rainwater harvesting, recycling.

In tandem with environmental benefits, the study demonstrated commercial benefits via life cycle cost savings for the Retail Centres.

The realization of these works will be translated into Toyota’s new showrooms during the in the first half of 2011.

Toyota Enfield is the manifestation, realisation and result of our study work.

Early stage design drawings / concept visuals set into the proposed plot and landscape. The project is live, land acquired, cleared and ready to go.

The indicated landscape contours are a marriage of a site survey and Google-Earth technology, which provides an extremely accurate representation of the landscape we are working with.

It's been extremely disappointing seeing the true scale of Washington DC grifting mechanisms getting exposed. USAID was at the epicenter of this gargantuan fraud.

Here's a few links shedding some much needed sunlight on how unscrupulous people in power are accumulating wealth off taxpayer money.

Always keep in mind that when Washington DC and regime media are upset, that those are the rare moments in American history when the grifting is temporarily suspended.

Of great concern is the apolitical fact that the nation is on the brink of fiscal insolvency; the bond market in December 2024 was setting off alarm bells. There are no good options from here for the United States, other than rapid, massive downsizing of government and reigning in runaway spending.

Global empires are unaffordable, and endless war costs endless amounts of money. Most empires collapse economically in very rapid fashion. Hopefully, the US can avoid this fate.
