Set on Lake Michigan's Grand Traverse Bay, Leelanau Sands Casino design was inspired by both the area's scenic naturescape, and the local craftsman style. The casino design theme identifies each area, encouraging a sense of discovery as customers move between the rooms.

I-5 Design and Manufacture designed the signage for the ‘Players Club’ and the ‘Cashier’ to tie into the rest of the updated décor elements that they provided throughout the Little Creek Casino in Shelton Washington. The signage for this area was made using multi-layered dimensional letters mounted onto a support beam with a decorative metal inlay and specialty fiber steel brackets. Each of the signs were up-lit with concealed LED lighting of red and green.Click here to see more examples of casino design

This water tank is about 20 meters deep and has 11 visible levels of zigzagging steps down. Water would be drawn from the well after climbing down and up to fetch it. The water presumably would not have been the slimy green it is today with plastic pop bottles floating in the pea soup. It is said that it is virtually impossible to find your way back up using the same steps. The experience is somewhat disorienting.
The engineering design for this let alone the construction is incredible for the 10th Century. Man is amazing!
To create a dramatic daytime and nighttime effect for the Spirit Lake Casino & Resort, as well as promote branding visibility, I-5 Design and Manufacture created a custom décor package for the exterior. One of the main elements that dramatically changed the look of the façade and added dimension to the flat surface was the large tapered stone columns. Each of these columns had a red LED illuminated cornice overhang, which ties into the custom orange LED band surrounding the perimeter of the building. Welcome to The Homewood Cemetery. For nearly 130 years, The Homewood Cemetery has been a fixture in the Pittsburgh community, giving generations of families a place to visit their loved ones in a tranquil and beautiful setting.
The Homewood Cemetery has always been more than just a final resting place. It is a quiet refuge for joggers and lunchtime patrons. It is visited by bird watchers, students of all ages and disciplines and professional groups of all kinds. It is a ‘living’ museum, rich with a historic Lawn park landscape and architecturally significant buildings and monuments. It is filled with the histories of generations of distinguished men and women who made considerable contributions to the history of Pittsburgh and America. It is truly a ‘living’ cemetery
