This is one of the conceptual design renderings for the Spirit Lake Casino & Resort, located in Saint Michael, North Dakota, by I-5 Design and Manufacture. To add visual interest to the long horizontal lines of the building, I-5 designed large tapered masonry pillars to be strategically placed at various locations on the exterior façade, as well as on the porte cochere structure. I-5 Design and Manufacture designed, manufactured and installed this amazing gaming floor upgrade at the Little Creek Casino in Shelton, WA. I-5 wanted to create an area that was a warm and comfortable gaming experience for the casino customers. Some of the decor elements include a curving overhead soffit structure that houses blue LED illumination, floor to ceiling columns with tribal décor elements and custom mica light fixtures, specialty ‘Guardian of the Sun’ ceiling fixtures, ceiling mounted directional signage, custom salmon wall mural, four custom designed canoe elements which are over 27 feet long and house concealed LED lighting suspended from the ceiling, and much more. This is one of the exterior conceptual designs that I-5 Design and Manufacture created for the Charging Horse Casino. The theme that we chose for this casino was ‘grand lodge-style’, and this was produced through the peaked entrance structure with large timber-frame beams, pillars and natural rock columns. Beginning in 1893 with the Parliament Buildings Construction Act, 25 year old architect Francis Rattenbury (aka A.B.C. Architect) designed the Neo-Baroque, Romanesque Revival building to replace the original wooden provincial government buildings. Built out of andesite quarried from Haddington Island - located near the northern tip of Vancouver Island - the final cost of construction was $923,000, $423,000 higher than the original estimate. The buildings, opening in 1898, brought Rattenbury great success and commissions to design other projects which are now considered to be important British Columbia landmarks - such as The Empress Hotel (1903, Victoria) and the Vancouver Courthouse (1907, currently the Vancouver Art Gallery).
The British Columbia Parliament Buildings are the home of the elected provincial government, known as the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia.
The options for cork flooring in North American homes has truly evolved. Designs and patterns range from traditional to modern, in original colors or dyed and add style and creativity to any room.

The mathematical engineering design for this, let alone the construction of it, is incredible for the 10th Century. Man is amazing!
Somewhat like Escher, except in this case the stairs actually lead somewhere - to the top.

This is the exterior design rendering for the Grand Lake Casino by I-5 Design and Manufacture. To dramatically change the look of this casino, I-5 created a central porte cochere structure over the entry, supported by several large rock columns. The cornice added to the roofline and porte cochere was illuminated with a band of bright blue LED’s. In keeping with this color scheme, we added blue LED stripes on the building walls to radiate outward from the center of the entry. On the highest point of the casino façade and centered directly above the porte cochere, I-5 also created the custom logo and signage reading ‘Grand Lake Casino’. The new Cherokee Casino at Fort Gibson has been a resounding success, generating excellent revenues for the tribe, and has transformed it into a regional destination. From the initial casino design renderings of the interior décor, through off site fabrication, to final installation and completion onsite, each detail was planned and executed to create the best visual impact for the property in the most efficient timeframe possible.

I-5 Design & Manufacture created these exterior structural drawings for the Charging Horse Casino, depicting some of the elements chosen to produce a grand timber-frame look. Some of the elements include wood beamed columns with large masonry bases, peaked timber-frame structure with an arched center truss, internally illuminated window panels and much more. This is the original design of the bank teller area in the Washington Business Bank. The teller line includes custom illuminated translucent panels at the front of each desk, hanging pendant lights, & bank logo signage. Click here to see more examples of bank design

Inspired by the surrounding creeks and wildlife, I-5 created a casino design with imagery and finishes that blended with state-of-the-art materials and technology to create an overall decor theme. The new casino design created a beautiful flow through the property.

I-5 worked closely with the casino to design a space that was comfortable and produced an inviting atmosphere that would keep customers coming back again and again. The décor elements that were designed, manufactured and installed by I-5 Design included four custom canoe structures that are over 27 feet long, the curving soffit structure that houses blue LED illumination, specialty ‘Guardian of the Sun’ ceiling fixtures, floor to ceiling columns with tribal décor elements, custom mica pendant light fixtures, ceiling mounted directional signage, custom salmon wall mural and much more.
