2015 APRIL FOOL'S DAY in SAN FRANCISCO is celebrated with the annual ST. STUPID's DAY PARADE which starts out at JUSTIN HERMANN PLAZA and snakes its way through the Financial District. Absolute F-U-N !

The parade goes to the SOCK EXCHANGE (Pacific Stock Exchange) where socks were exchanged and thrown in the air!

The ST STUPID'S DAY PARADE then went to 101 CALIFORNIA...where it was lunch hour and the marchers shouted to the businesspersons...GO BACK TO WORK!

...and of course, the PARADE would not be complete without a visit to the cold black BANKER'S HEART in front of BANK OF AMERICA where folks tossed pennies at the black marble 'sculpture'.

OH the faces of the tourists and the businesspersons who didn't have the slightest idea of WHAT THE HELL was going on. Though many, to their credit, got into the fun & smiled, and whipped out their cameras for the copious photo ops.

A very ONLY IN SAN FRANCISCO event! The VIEW COUNT is SEVENTY-SEVEN MILLION VIEWS (77,000,000+ VIEWS ).

THANK YOU for visiting this virtual gallery! Enjoy my social documentary photos of the various events in San Francisco! Thank you FLICKR for providing an outlet for my artistic creativity !

Guess what little friends I found in my tighty whities this morning? I must have brushed up a little too close to someone while commenting about here on Flickr - but who??! The discovery left me feeling a little crabby. Note : best viewed small.

Gosh, how many of these "special cuts" are there???

CHECK OUT ADDA DADA's OTHER ALBUMS !

Sun Microsystems, Inc., today unveiled Project EcoBox, the latest in its popular line of Solarium[tm] shipping container-based products, and the cornerstone of the upcoming 3.0 release of Sun's OpenWork program, which is leading the mobile employee revolution. Project EcoBox is an ecologically-friendly variation on Sun's popular Project Blackbox and has been specially designed for "C" level executive occupancy. This newest portable "green" office will become the headquarters for Sun CEO Jonathan Schwartz and CTO Greg Papadopoulos, effective immediately.

Designed to address the needs of those executives who are running out of space for Fooz Ball or catnaps, Project EcoBox offers a mobile alternative to traditional work environments and is optimized to deliver extreme energy, space, and performance efficiencies. Project EcoBox taps into natural sunlight as a free source of light while its solar panels provide sufficient power for the mission-critical hot tub, executive office technology, as well as the revolutionary new Wolf® 30" Double Easy-Bake[tm] convection oven announced earlier today. It can be easily transported using common shipping methods, and can withstand natural disasters including earthquakes, tornadoes, and executive tirades.

Look at all that Global Warming everywhere...

Ignite Phoenix is an information exchange for fostering and inspiring Phoenix’s creative community. In one evening, you hear 18 passionate speakers from our creative, technical, and business communities talking about their current projects or favorite ideas for just five minutes. Presentations will educate and inspire you, and maybe make you laugh in the process.

The Presentations

Up to 20 slides and 5 minutes is all you get. Not a second more. The presenters need to get to the point quickly, and make it exciting and engaging.

We welcome topics about anything that other people will find interesting. That’s a wide criteria and that’s just fine. If the most interesting submissions end up being technical, then Ignite will have a technical feel. There is a wide mix of topics. If you’re not interested in the current topic, all you have to do is wait for 5 minutes and a new one starts.

THANK YOU to all the ADULTS who let ADDA take their photos! (Everyone was properly asked & they consented.)

some kind of Fool.......

For the victims in Stockholm

We keep on walking and never give in for fear and terror.

Today after a hard days work, I came home to find my son enjoying a plate of Oreos. Not being able to resist I stole one from his plate. Popping the whole thing in my mouth I noticed it being minty so I commented and thats when my wife and both my sons burst out laughing and yelling April FOOOOLS. :) They had placed tooth paste inside my Oreo. Lol

Curtiss Jenny crashed into my barn

Hugo Vihlen set a new record for smallest boat to have crossed the Atlantic in this boat in 1968. She's 5-foot, 11-inches!

Someone broke his record in 1993, so he set out again, at 72 years old, in an even smaller boat (Father's Day - 5 foot, 4 inches). It took him 105 days! In something that small!

Read about it!
