Today, on April 1st, the sun has lost her color and gave it to the very small origami tulip to get strong and bloom in full brightness.
For the Macro Mondays theme "April Fools".
Model: Origami Tulip
Design: Yukohiko Matsuno
Diagrams in NOA magazine #344
Folded from two pieces of double colored paper 7,5x7,5cm, final height 6,5cm.
Lemon Orange Lime ... for April Fools theme Macro Monday.
One of my possible submittal items for the theme. Single capture with some photoshop where I overlaid two additional images using the hue slider in Lightroom to get the additional fruity flavors.
Just makes my mouth water thinking about the three flavors all together at once :)

Scientific Investigation: Does the DISTANCE between two different kinds of seeds sowed and grown in a greenhouse have any statistically significant impact on the fruit ?
Material and Methods
Three strawberry and three banana seeds;
each of the two kinds sowed in a distance of 1, 1 ½ and 3 inches to each other;
grown under identical conditions in a greenhouse at 25 °C
Results
1 inch: Unidentified fruit- impossible to determine whether fruit was a strawberry or a banana;
3 inches:Switch of Colour - banana fruit RED instead of yellow; YELLOW strawberry instead of red; aroma unidentified; no statistical significance
1 ½ inches: First Ripe Hybrid on April 1st:
Hybrid named “StrawBana” = half strawberry, half banana, typical fruit colour and taste unchanged in either of the halves;
[ statistical significance (p< 2%) ]
Proof and Hardware:
pl. see Macro of the "StrawBana" (1 ¼”x 1 ¾“) above:
SOOC (Straight out of the camera, no edit, no Photoshop);
taken on April 1st, 2019;
using a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ200 ( ƒ/2.8, 4.5 mm, 1/60 Sec, ISO 400)

- "This #Strawbana prototype was very delicious !"
- "Believe it or not !!! - If in doubt, give it a try !"
- in any case: 😄HAPPY MACRO MONDAY😄

This just in, a word of caution to would be hikers in the Paradise Valley section of Mount Rainier. Flying sharks have been reported in the vicinity and are considered to be dangerous as they are drawn to the scent of tourists. If you are in the area you are warned to evacuate the area immediately. Do not try to engage or take photos as that only enrages them and..........AAAHHHHHH!!!!
Most Torontonians don't know that the idea of CN Tower started in the head of Meyer Zimmerman, who was the Rabbi of Anshei Minsk synagogue in the 1950's. This hysterical photo of the synagogue is from that time, but since then, the decoration from the copula was removed. Architect John Andrews (born Abramowitz) parents were part of Minsk congregation and he remembered it when the WZMH Architects were submitting their design for the tower in early 1970's.
