Today after a hard days work, I came home to find my son enjoying a plate of Oreos. Not being able to resist I stole one from his plate. Popping the whole thing in my mouth I noticed it being minty so I commented and thats when my wife and both my sons burst out laughing and yelling April FOOOOLS. :) They had placed tooth paste inside my Oreo. Lol

On April Fools Day it was 60 degrees with the only snow on the ground being piles left from where it had been shoveled or plowed. This was the scene yesterday....

More or less has been an up and down pattern hovering between the upper 20s ranging to the highest I've seen so far at 63. Still have an occasional snow shower here and there, as evidenced by this photo.

IT WAS A FUN APRIL 1ST at the SAINT STUPID DAY'S PARADE in SAN FRANCISCO. There is no other event in the world where folks gather to HAVE FUN and poke fun at the embedded horrid capitalist exploitation of the world.

Everyone came in costume...ADDA came as a REPUBLICAN BURNING IN HELL (which we all know in our deepest of hearts is where all REPUBLICANS and RIGHT WING A-0's will end up) ! i shouted MERRY CHRISTMAS to all the business people in the Financial District who stopped and stared in utter confusion.

Everyone gathered at the EMBARCADERO then proceeded to the WORKERS STATUE. There in honor of CLOWNS WITHOUT BOARDERS they put a 'red clown nose' on one of the statues! ADDA DADA got the crowd cheering 'HERO' for the guy who put the nose on the statue.

then to the PACIFIC STOCK EXCHANGE for the wonderful spoof...SOCK EXCHANGE...everyone exchanged socks & then tossed them in the air! One of ADDA DADA's Christmas SANTAs socks were found and declared a SAINT STUPID HOLY RELIC! (you so know i loved that)

Onward we went to the BANKER's HEART...the big, black marble rock in front of BANK OF AMERICA...where everyone tossed their loose pennies at the banker's black greedy heart! (This is just like the muslims in Mecca who toss rocks at the black stone which represents the devil..)

There was tons of good fun, great signs, good vibes, political statements, and incredible costumes

Exclusive: Photo Evidence of Legendary Frosted Bear-Cat by Dave Wendelken

While many claim to have seen mountain lions in the Blue Ridge and nearby ranges, little hard evidence exists. There are even fewer reports of the Frosted Bear-Cat, and it has been dismissed as legend or the result of too much moonshine. It has been lumped with the Loch Ness Monster and Sasquatch as wishful thinking or a hoax.

But now, in a never-before-seen photo, showing the animal in the Shenandoah Mountain range, there is finally visual evidence.

It is said that the animal is big as a bear, but much faster, capable of leaping 40 feet in one jump. It's blood-coagulating scream can never be forgotten. It (or they) may be responsible for the decline in the deer herd in the mountains.

Texas toast-sized slice of brown bread: Cinnamon-sugar crusted cinnamon quick bread.

Cooked egg: The white of the egg is a lightly sweetened, soft, wobbly, vanilla bean and milk agar agar jelly. The dippable yolk in the center is lemon curd.

Cooked bacon strips: Crisp, orange-flavored sugar cookies with a hint of apple wood liquid smoke.

Coarse salt and pepper: Decorative black and white sugar crystals.
