AnimAction animation artist Deepak Sharma assists the Bangalore teachers with their first animated film. The pressure was on. Not only did the teachers have to produce a film in one day, but in the following two days they'd train 60 local students with the skills they just learned. No worries, the student films are great. We shot part one, of a project I'm calling "Sharon's Hats."
This is a teaser.
These two frames just happened to work out like this
and it's making me wish all the shots did. Alas they did not.
But, I am happy with a number of them and will post more as time permits.
On the upside, accidents definitely lead to inspiration....

An animation studio currently occupies this building (constructed in 1956) which is next to the Van Nuys Airport. Its architectural highlights include the bronze entry doors and the atrium skylight lobby.
This view also shows the portion added in 1992.

Wondered what this female beefly was up to as it did not seem to want to settle. Eventually realised it was collecting fine dust in it's rear end which they use to coat the eggs to camouflage them when laid around the entrances of miner bee nests.
