Clip 1: I chose the silly walk from Monty Python, because it’s funny and shows a lot of movement in the lower part of the body, the legs. I can include this funny walk in my animation so that it's more interesting. While walking his knees are never fully straight except for the part where he brings his right leg up high and stretches it forward, that shows a lot of tension in his legs.

Clip 2 : I chose this clip mainly, because of the gentle movements in ballet dancing. This video clip content is good because the ballet dancer shows a good balance, flexibility and a reasonable level of stretching. This clip in particular is kind of in slow motion, which helps to see how the movement of one part of the body affects another.

Clip 3: I included this part from a Vocaloid cosplay dance, because it has a lot of movement in the upper and lower body parts. It is clearly visible how the shaking of the shoulders affects the torso. It shows a good balance as well while they jump and swing their legs. I think it might be a bit difficult to recreate as an animation since there is too much move in all parts of the body.
This is my first real attempt at Solidworks Animation. Its choppy but not too shabby. The lighting puts up quite a fight

This is an animated gif animation. I think that it only works if you click "all sizes" and chose original size.
This is another thing that you can do with layers in Photoshop.
Open the images of a series in Photoshop, take the first image in the series as your base image. save it under a different name, then for every successive image, select all (ctrl+a) then copy (ctrl+c). Go back to your base image, and paste it in(ctrl+v). It will automatically go in as a new layer.
When they are all in there, save as a psd, then go to "image>resize> image size" and choose the size that you want it to show up on the screen, 640X480 pixels in this case.
Now "file>save for web" chose gif and hit the box that says animate. you can now chose the frame rate, whether or not you want it to loop (keep running over and over) and then preview it in your web browser before you save it.
