Dungeoness crabmeat salad taco – cool crab salad in a corn tortilla shell, guacamole garnish.
Wild mushroom strudel
Bison Tartare – with cabbage and hints of sweet chilli. This was a refreshing taste of smooth bison that was very fresh and silky on a crisp crostini.

Shots of potato leek soup served with sugar cube sized rosemary marshmallow on Parmesan tuiles and crackers.
A great opening volley that not only helped to whet the appetite but also encouraged the interaction between diner and the plates put in front of us. Fun fun fun. Great textures here: supple silky smooth, creamy fluffy, thin crispy or flaky crunchy (in order of plate description). Very nice.
"William F. Mangels: Amusing the Masses on Coney Island and Beyond" A lecture by Jeff Richman, Tuesday, October 14, 2014 6:30 p.m.
"Mechanic and inventor, William F. Mangels rose from teenage immigrant to the leading manufacturer of amusement park rides in the U.S. in the early 20th century. His original rides are legendary — The Whip, The Tickler, The Wave Pool. Even a ride called, amazingly, The Human Roulette Wheel. Mangels' imagination was unmatched, and he had the mechanical prowess to not only dream up these amusements, but make them a reality, too. And his tweaks of existing rides — like the carousel horse, which he transformed from a static statue into a galloping horse — were marked by genius. Lecturer Jeff Richman, Green-Wood's Historian, is the curator of William F. Mangels: Amusing the Masses on Coney Island and Beyond, an exhibition on view from September 7 through October 26, 2014 at Green-Wood."

Arancino Parmigiano with rabbit liver mousse, ham, bechamel sauce and tomato coulis. I loved the crunch of this so much....and the tomato coulis, was wonderful light and almost sweet....it was a great "tease" to what was yet to come !
1. To amuse the mouth
2. To tease the palate
3. A welcoming gift from the chef.
Quaint restaurant hidden in the King and Bathurst neighbourhood with decent food and amicable service.

Murray cannot (yet) jump up onto the couch, so Henry perched here to draw rather than do battle with Murray for the markers.
